This is a formula that I have used with clients who have struggled with chronic asthma, COPD, lung exposure to mold, mildew, and smoke particulates (fire fighters), chemical exposure to lungs, etc. The herbs in this formula help to strengthen both the lungs and heart tissue. Providing better circulation to those systems. It is a formula I personally take daily to strengthen my lungs and heart to lessen the effects of 20 years of smoking and the beginning stages of COPD!

 Contains: Spikenard Root ( Aralia racemosa), Hawthorne leaf, flower and berry (Crategus spp.), Motherwort leaf and flower (Leonurus cardiaca), Osha Root (Ligusticum porteri), False Solomon's Seal (Maianthemum racemosum), and Ginger Root (zingerber off.)
